What started as a side skill soon became a career, fuelled by his love of making things work smarter. After earning a degree in Applied Geography, Robert spent his early career in GIS roles for Welsh Water and Cardiff Council, before moving into digital marketing at the University of Glamorgan.
In 2012, he co-founded Forte Web Solutions with one goal: help small businesses get more leads and keep them. These days, Robert focuses on creating customer journeys and automated systems that feel personal, timely, and effortless for clients. He's happiest when the technology fades into the background and clients can simply get on with their day.
