What costs extra on top of the monthly price?+
Domain, hosting, SSL and security are already in your monthly price. The one add-on we list is extra pages on the Starter plan, at £50 each. If you're unsure whether something is included, ask us before you sign and we'll tell you in plain English.
What if I want to leave?+
It's a rolling monthly contract with no fixed term and no exit fee. If you ever leave, we hand over your website files and transfer your domain to you, so everything goes with you. We'd rather you stayed because the website works, not because it's hard to leave.
Why is it so cheap?+
Because you're not paying an agency's overheads or a big build bill. We work remotely, use a proven build process and spread the cost across a simple monthly plan. You still get professional design, hosting, security and support.

Professional includes 2 hours of content updates a month and Business includes 5 hours of dedicated website and CRM support. If you're on Starter and need more, just get in touch and we'll sort it.
How long does it take to design and develop a website?+
Most projects go live within 7 to 14 days from when you send your content over. Simple one-page sites can be ready in just a few days.
Can you revamp an existing website without starting from scratch?+
We can use your existing domain, so you keep your web address. If you've already got a site, we rebuild it from scratch and carry over the parts worth keeping.
