I'm Robert, the person behind Forte Web Solutions. After earning a degree in Applied Geography, I spent my early career in GIS roles for Welsh Water and Cardiff Council, then moved into digital marketing at the University of Glamorgan.

Who owns the website you build for me?+
You do. If you decide to leave, we give you your website files to take to another host and transfer your domain name into your name.
When will my website be ready?+
Most sites go live within 7 to 14 days of us receiving your text, photos and logo. The sooner those arrive, the sooner you're online.
Why is this cheaper than a London web design agency?+
We don't have London overheads, we use a proven process rather than building every site from a blank page, and we spread the cost monthly. Agencies are often the right choice for large, complex projects. For most small businesses, our plans cover what's needed.
How long is the contract?+
There isn't a fixed term. Plans roll month to month, there's no exit fee, and you can leave whenever you choose.
Do you work with clients outside Wales?+
Yes, all over the UK. We're based in Cardiff and work with clients in England by phone, email and video call, and you'll get a reply within one working day.
