If you choose Forte Web Solutions to design your website, you can be sure to receive an excellent level of customer service throughout the process and after the launch. We offer free hosting and support for the first year after the launch of your website, after which you have the option of whether you’d like to continue with our service. Depending on which package of web design you choose, the same package (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) will apply after your first year with us. If you’re unsure of what you will pay after your first year, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.

The amount of web space is measured in Megabytes. 350MB is amble space for a starter website, whilst bigger sites will come with more hosting space allowing your site to expand.
- Bandwidth
Bandwidth is the amount of data your site can send and receive during a monthly period. This can vary with the size of your site and the number of visitors. An average webapge is 50 kilobytes in size, so a site with e.g.10,000 visitors a month would require bandwidth of 488Mb per month.

Your website is the public face of your business. Many of our plans come complete with backups so you don’t have to worry about keeping your data safe.
- Content updates
As part of your annual package we can update the content of your website at your request. Development (larger changes that are not covered by our standard support agreement)will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.

* Our Bronze hosting package is part of our bronze (Microsite) website package.
++ Our Gold and Platinum plans include a Content Management System (CMS), giving you the freedom to add and update your own content. If you would prefer us to update the content for you, then the package includes up to 24 updates per year.
