Hosting & Support of your new Website

If you choose Forte Web Solutions to design your website, you can be sure to receive an excellent level of customer service throughout the process and after the launch.  It is not enough for us to see your website launched – we want to keep working with you to ensure that it really works to help boost your business.

All of our web design packages come with a whole year of hosting and support, with affordable packages available thereafter, should you wish to continue working with us.

We will manage the hosting of your website through a company called Memset – voted by its users as the UK’s best Web Host for the past 6 years.  Memset are highly respected in the industry for their reliability, so your website is in safe hands.

Where support is concerned, you can expect to be able to do the following as standard:

  • Ask us a question at any time. Our advice is free!
  • Get in touch with us in the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your website
  • Ask us to make changes to your website* (the number of changes allowed will depend on your hosting & support package)

Unfortunately for security reasons, we do not offer to host and support any websites designed by other companies.

*Before any work commences with Forte Web Solutions, you will receive a Service & Support Agreement.  Some larger changes, e.g. if you need a whole new section to your website, will be deemed as outside of the limitations of your Hosting & Support package and will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.
